Cleaning Supply Box

Cleaning supplies under the sink tip over, roll to the back and never come out together. This box holds the whole kit upright in sized pockets and carries it room to room in one hand. I designed the pockets around the bottles and cans I actually use, then printed it in PET-G so it shrugs off drips and spills.

Two 3MFs with the tested PET-G profiles already set up — one for the box, one for the handle and pin — and STLs of all three parts for bringing your own. The box is 319.3 × 260.5 × 120.65 mm, so it needs a large-format printer. No hardware or glue.

Load It, Pin It, Carry It

Slide the handle's stem down into the center slot until its hole lines up with the hole in the box wall. Find the pin's seam — a faint straight ridge down one side — turn it UP into the pointed top of the teardrop-shaped hole, and press the pin through. It slides through the box and is a snug press fit in the handle.

Nine Sized Pockets
Four tall 82.55 × 137.16 mm pockets for full-size trigger spray bottles, a 79.4 mm round pocket for a cleanser can, two 63.5 mm round pockets for aerosol cans, a rectangular pocket and a small center pocket.
A hand gripping the lime green loop handle above the box, the MakerX mark on its stem
Roomy Loop Handle
A big oval opening, 131.6 × 61 mm, with rounded inner edges, so a full hand fits and a heavy load doesn't dig in.

Pinned, Not Glued
The handle's stem slides into a slot in the box and one printed pin locks it in. Too tight? Scale the pin to 99.5% or sand it lightly; if the handle won't slide into its slot, scale its width to 99%.

PET-G Throughout
Holds up to cleaning sprays and drips better than PLA, so it can live under the sink and get wiped down like everything else there.

Slice It Right

These are the settings baked into the two 3MFs, sliced with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Open them in any slicer that reads 3MF projects and they are ready to go. The box is 320 × 261 mm and its 5 mm brim adds 10 mm each way, so it needs a large-format bed.

Box 16 h 17 m and 862 g, handle + pin 3 h 00 m and 137 g — 19 h 17 m and about 1 kg of PET-G in all, no filament swaps.
