Puzzle Tray

A generously sized 9.5" square (240x240mm) stackable puzzle sorting tray — because dollar store trays just don't cut it. Stow work-in-progress without losing a piece. Tested with 200-piece puzzles and printed in PLA with tree supports.

Print Settings

Slice It Right

Auto tree supports are on in the 3MF — the lid overhang needs them. Print the body and the lid separately. PLA works great. Scale X and Y uniformly if you need a tighter fit.
