T25 Screw Cap
Pegboard, deck boards, cabinet carcasses — anything hung with T25 star drive screws ends up with a grid of dark sockets staring back at you. This cap presses into the socket and sits flush, held by friction alone with no hardware and no glue. The 3MF carries four ready-made plates, so you can print one to check the fit against your own screws and come back for twenty-four.

Print Settings
Slice It Right
Nothing on this part overhangs, so no support material is generated — leave the setting as the 3MF ships it. The 5 mm brim is wider than the cap itself and is the only thing holding a plate of twenty-four down, so leave that on too. It peels away as a ring.
